Out of all estate agents I have had experiences with Countywide was by far the best, I had the experience of dealing with Joseph and when looking for a property he suggested a house we ended up having and was always quick to respond to any queries or problems i had. I never had to worry about not getting any replies like my previous estate agents! Including when leaving the property this was done quickly and I recieved my deposit within a week! Would 1000 percent recommend Countywide!

Paul and Joe have let out our property for over 4 years. Having only 1 change of tenant. They make the process for everything so easy and hassle free. From competitively priced maintenance to updates on the properties Condition. When we had the change of tenant we had no loss of rent the process was organised and I didn’t have to get involved. Fantastic service friendly and always at the end of the phone for both myself and our tenant. Would highly recommend.
