In isolation and living on my own so need somebody to collect my prescription. Two visits by my sister for epilepsy tablets today and they say it is not there. On phoning my doctor they say it is because they have scanned the bar code for it and now they will not answer their phone. Shows how much they care about elderly vulnerable people

This pharmacy is typical to any pharmacies that are based within the supermarkets. We've got everything you need except the professional expertise to advise their clients about the differences in quality of medicine they sell.

Still saying 8am-8pm... online and on the notice board of opening hours at the actual Pharmacy!! Please change this as I believe you are actually open til 7pm NOT 8pm as you advertise. Twice now... a wasted journey!

Website says open til 8pm, sign on the wall says its open til 8pm, but shuts at 5pm, travelled a considerable distance to collect my repeat prescription for the second time in 2 days as they hadn't made it up it even though re ordered it over a week ago, there's a sign up not to abuse the staff, change your opening hours signs then and people won't get agrivated

Do not have correct opening / closing times on website. Do not answer phone for signed up repeat prescription service. To compound this, vulnerable people do not get answer to phone calls to find out if GP generated prescriptions are ready for collection. This would save vulnerable persons making a wasted journey to find 1). They are not open as shown on website. 2). Being exposed to possible contact with virus. 3).That they have to make yet another trip to collect prescriptions, that may not even have been processed and further exposure to virus.
