Do not bank with ING in Luxembourg. It is astounding how bad the service is, how disorganized. Even just to open an account took 6 months, three visits to the bank, downloading three apps, a video conference call.
If I could I would rate it 0 out of 5. The personnel at the agency is really unpleasant and unwelcoming. They don't provide useful support neither by phone nor at the agency itself. Very poor service, today's visit convinced me to switch bank.
Convenient in terms of location. Friendly staff which makes it easy to resolve the issues you have.
