Blanca and Gary were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and, most of all, caring. They treated the household possessions with respect. Blanca knew just what prices to put on items so they would sell. This is a family enterprise; I met several family members during this process. Blanca and her family cleaned the house, staged the items, and priced them. Blanca does not charge extra for cleaning or staging. She does not charge an up-front fee as do some other sellers. Since this is a family operation, they do not hire part-time, unskilled minimum wage workers. The entire family pitches in. When the sale was over, Blanca introduced me to a bulk purchaser who bought the remaining items. This helped clean out the home for its eventual sale.Thank you
