Great supplier, always deliver on time and very easy to communicate with. great customer service. The images shown are using their Cotswold Yellow sandstone. I am always pleased with my deliveries from them and the quality of their 22mm calibrated sandstone. Absolute shambles, really disappointed. Ordered from this company previously and the slabs were brilliant. Ordered another load and they were terrible. Tried resolving it with Rowan and he was only willing to offer a 90 discount over the 3 packs. Even though I wasted half a day with 2 men, motor expenses and discounted my customer to keep her happy. Definitely won't be using again and advise others to avoid.
It's sad having to leave a negative review without even having got as far as ordering the product. One gains the impression that this is a sort of lifestyle business where customer service is rather low down on the list of priorities. A shame because one always wants to deal with smaller companies. Trying to buy from this company is a tortuous process so in the end I admitted defeat!
Sawn sandstone paving has developed multiple cracks. Wrote to them several times but didn’t respond.
I have been using infinite and Rowan for many years, very efficient, helpful and does his best to sort out any issues. Always nice Sandstone. Thanks Paul, Mulberry Cottage Gardens
