I joined this gym to improve my lifestyle,i chose for a personal trainer,Charlie which is amazing how she makes even the harderst exercises to be easy to make,the team is friendly also! I go to classes aswell where they really help you to work out your body in the best ways possible! Definitely was my best decision to join this gym!

Great little gym. The classes alone are worth the monthly membership fee but even if you want to do your own thing, it's rarely over busy like most other gyms can get and the staff are always friendly and knowledgable. Open nice and early as well, I love the place.

This is a great gym. Clean spaces, great equipment and good size. Best of all, the staff are all really friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve been doing personal training for several months and feel stronger and stronger every time I go!
