Michael Word was able to find us the exact car we wanted ahead of time and delivery was right on time despite the bad weather that we've been having. Everything was explained well and to our satisfaction. All technical details of the car were properly set up and we were informed on how to become educated on the technical aspects. All in all it was a good purchase. We are happy with the car and the service.
