Great way to get Live CE. They have their process down well. Interesting instructors with just the right amount of optional class participation. Easy to sign up for classes even at the very last minute. They use GoToWebinar which is very stable and tested. Never had a technical issue in the last 6 years. Couldn't recommend them more. 5 stars!

A big THANK YOU & to say that I enjoyed all of the course(s) I took with all of the instructors through ICT. They made the material fun, engaging, and easy to learn and understand. I would definitely use ICT for all future CE course needs. They all paid attention to the chat, answered our questions, and still managed to treat each of us individually, and not just as a group expected to “keep up” during our virtual course. They were up to date on what was going on in the industry & gave real life examples on how the course applied to what we were facing in our every day jobs. This organization is an amazing resource for CE. Beyond the flexibility and convenience of the live webinars, the class content is engaging and informative. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and truly care about the students. They answer questions and give examples for even further clarification. The classroom management and atmosphere allows for participation without embarrassment for the attendees, regardless of their seniority within the field. This training center is cost effective, friendly, accomodating, and I will continue to attend classes they provide. It has truly been a great experience. Thank you Ron & Debbie; I have learned so much and enjoyed your instruction.
