DO NOT USE - DECEITFUL SUPPLIER AND YOU'RE BETTER OFF DEALING WITH OTHERS LIKE PORTUGUESE GRILL OR GRELHACO DIRECT. An experience that is an absolute insult to business man & women in the business community. Marcio's behaviour is typical of an egotistical individual that does not understand basic principals of trade. We were looking for new grill options and this time, decided to get an extra 1-2 quotes from our original supplier / manufacturer to make sure we were getting value for money. I made it clear that i did not want to deal with agents, just manufacturers and made this very clear from initial conversation. Marcio insisted that I disclosed who was my original supplier and, when i finally confirmed it was "100% inox", i then found myself having difficulty to get confirmation of price with original "100% inox" supplier. i then find out that Marcio DOES NOT build his own equipment and instead actually uses 100% Inox. apparently he decided to sabotage my dealings with 100% Inox so he could have all my business and i'm finding myself wasting my time dealing with both companies who behave like something out of a soap opera. the reality is that, people like this, really are a waste of time and represent an embarrassment to international trading with Portugal. I feel ashamed as a fellow countryman, but then again, i suppose you get rogue traders in every corner of the world. unprofessional & very weak and chances are, they don't really care about my business but, I for one, will never consider dealing with Impormartinho ever again even though, at the same time of ordering the grill, i was prepared to buy a refrigerated unit of around 3000 and a sushi counter top unit!
