Completely dreadful. I think I could've done a better job. I will never use them again. 15 for this?! If you can't do the job, tell me and I'll go elsewhere. I didn't complain as I am English and a coward.

Bad Job! Dropped them off to be picked up the next day, when i did so they weren't fixed at all. Gave them back to pick up another day later, the state i got them back in was awful. According to the shoe repair guy in Folkestone they had been melted, they have now been fixed to a good standard considering but certainly not in Hythe, avoid! just go 1 town over.
Not sure how this shop is still in business. Terrible customer service and shoddy shoe repair work.
