We weren't planning on buying a new car until we fixed our credit. But life happens & husband's car broke down. Darcy Cooper our sales consultant was caring, determined, & personable. He involved his Sales manager in Mazda dept to assist us cause we had nothing to offer. I did not catch his name but he also was patient & determined. Then they even worked harder & involved Keith Bigger another Sales Manager. They all worked as a team to get us were we needed & into a reliable vehicle due to them knowing my husband had to drive from Denton Md to Washington Dc. To work everyday. Went to Hertritch in Easton earlier & did not get same warm feeling. They stated they can't do better on payment & that's just the way it is. We couldn't afford that & only dealt with our sales consultant & his manager at Hertrich, so they just let us leave. The manager never even left his desk to say anything to us. So we went to Preston & left with a 2017 Nissan Sentra with heated seats, back up camera, navigation, Gap insurance, Wi-Fi and a payment 70 less a month than Hertritch offered. Here are pics below.
