Talking to customer service, it was disappointing to find such dispassion in what I thought would be a company passionate about saving the planet. Clearly the character and personnel of this company do not align with the branding that they are trying to push. Sad.

I guess when 70 % of the workers are illegal and you can pay them below the the minimum then yea you can make a profit.
