Wow what a lovely welcome we got the minute we walked through the door.even though we hadn't made appointment we were still welcomed and the staff could not do enough for us and helped my daughter pick out the perfect prom dress! I had a great experience at Samantha's when I bought and had my wedding dress fittings. Professional and very friendly service.
I've bought some lovely pieces over the years here, all the staff are very accommodating. My daughter and I visited Samantha's this week and Jo helped us, we went a little mad but hey ho, it's nearly Christmas ! I like it that they sell limited pieces so you know that the likelihood of bumping into someone else with the same outfit on is remote. Will be back again soon.
Went in yesterday with my mum to try some wedding dresses for my wedding next year tried on quiet a few dresses was seen by Jo and she made us feel so welcome and could apologize enough that it was pretty full but we had a private room to try on dresses and she was honest in every way that one dress did not suit me at all but I found my dress that I fell in love with and ordered it that day thank you for everything can not wait to get my dress on next year
Bought a dress here last July for my prom and although all the staff was lovely and the dresses sold are gorgeous, the dress was huge on me after my last fitting. I hadn't lost or gained any weight and at my fittings it came across as though they didn't really care whether my dress fit me comfortably or not and just wanted to get me to buy the dress. I was so disappointed with how I looked on my prom night because of the dress being too big. Although the staff are lovely and the dresses are gorgeous I would not shop here again.
