Thank you for the lovely treatment! I have to say this is one of the best hair salon i every been to and my mother also says the same. Thank you Elsa and her staff you guys are really great. Customers treatment 100% fun and great atmosphere.

Where do I even begin to start about this hair salon. The atmosphere is horrible and some of the staff don't seem to know what they're doing so I don't know why they're there. I had been a few times and then once went for my hair to be relaxed, they firstly didn't do a skin test so put the chemical relaxer straight onto my hair, and then because of this I had a horrendous allergic reaction. My hair started to fall out, I gained eye infections, had to continuously see my doctor, got put on medication and stayed off school for days. When we confronted Elsa about this she ignored us an avoided our calls and attempts for a refund. In the end we got a refund after threating to take it to trading standards, but it took months for my hair to go back to normal and she still denies that one of her staff did anything wrong. This salon is over priced, has an awful atmosphere and the staff don't even know what they're doing. Stay away from this salon. It doesn't even deserve one star.
