I would like to express my sincere thanks to Hubbard Pegman & Whitney, particulary Melanie Neale, who worked tirelessly during the Covid lockdown period (which no doubt brought with it extra challenges and workload) to help me win my personal injury claim. Had it not been for Melanie's sharp eye for detail, I would not have had a case to pursue in the first place. Just amazing, the service we received from your firm was of excellent and efficient. I used these solicitors to handle a personal injury claim. The person handling my claim said the defendants had admitted liability which they had not. He said he got confused! The Legal Ombudsman fined them for the fact they could not even stick to their own complaints procedure when I complained. I was awarded compensation for THE LOW LEVEL of SERVICE I received from them. also. personally I would not use them again. Check the Legal Ombudsman they upheld my complaint against them.
