The girl in there was very arrogant! She told me the price and then told me to contact an app online to get them cheaper. She wrote down the contact and her writing was so flamboyant that I couldn’t read it! I asked her several several times to tell me the letters and she wouldn’t. So she ended up printing the name and still left out letters she she doesn’t print well either. Her “O’s” look like “C’s”. Her “M’s” look like “in’s”

The service is great. If your looking for something in the medical need this is the right place to go. They are not very pricey either. .

When I first started ordering from them about five years ago they were fine and did great work. After the last few years service has deteriorated and they are often out of stock and they ship late or only partially ship. Since my insurance coverage for these items is based on ship dates it makes my next reorder later that what it should have been if AMS shipped on time. I'll be looking for a new company that can fulfill orders when requested and manage their stock according to demand.

I have contacted this company multiple time to order supplies with no luck. I always get the answering machine, but no person. And that is OK, if I got a call back. So be patience if you use them. As for me, I am moving on to another company.
