They say that along with getting married or having kids, moving home is one of the most stressful life events… so it’s vital you have an agent you trust and can lean on. Thankfully with Joey and his partners & team at MW I had exactly this - and the whole transaction (despite some tricky road bumps to navigate) has been straight forward and pain free. I had cheaper quotes for agents in Hove, but after speaking with various firms I soon realised that you’re going to get what you pay for... MW produced high quality sales particulars, a sensible approach to valuation, and had a non-pushy sales approach. They won’t waste your time showing your property to all and sundry. They screen for quality, genuine buyers. Throughout conveyancing they will work behind the scenes often without you knowing to keep the process moving and keep both sides on track (so important right now with the huge caseloads solicitors are taking on). To me, this more than justified their fee and I am relieved I chose to go with MW. Can’t recommend enough. Happy to act as a reference if anyone wants to discuss.

I stayed at 4 seafield road for my 6 month tenancy and the duration of my stay was not enjoyable to say the least. The bathroom had constant foul odours which were not fixed after repeatable emails sent. After my tenancy they did not refund my deposit until I asked them about it. Would not recommend them as a agency.
