My moms cat ended up hurting his tail really bad and had to get most of it amputated. I took him in and the lady working the front desk (didn't catch her name) was very friendly and helpful. I had to leave my moms cat there overnight and he got the tail amputation, neutered, and shots.. all for a fair price and he recovered great. The inside of the building is very clean and nice, but I did not go past the main lobby so I can't speak for the rest of the place. The only thing I found very odd was that I never once got to see or speak to the vet himself at all.. any other vet clinic I've went to in the past I've always met with the vet himself. That's the reason for only the 4 star review. As for any future vet visits I am going to stick with the Houston Veterinary Hospital that's on Grand avenue in Houston due to some of the horrible things I've read in some of these past reviews, and because I feel more comfortable to be able to actually see and speak to the vet.

Brought my cat in because she has been losing her hair. Doctor has a way with my cat. She sat quietly and she doesn't do that even for me. She was very calm. I thought she'd squirm and cry. She was even calm on the way home. Thank you for her good care.
They are very helpful and will do what they can to help your animal
They take care very good care of our cats.
First secretary told me they treat rabbits. Brought my rabbit in paid for the vet visit for injured eye. Never got a call that the appointment was over. Vet refused to call me and tell me what was going on. Customers should not be getting diagnostic results and treatments plans from secretary it should come from the vet him or herself. To this day I still don’t know what is going on with the eye. That’s what I paid for... after I complained about this issue they told me to take my rabbit elsewhere because they don’t usually treat rabbits... hmm
