I am vegan and went to order the tofu soup. Unfortunately, they do not offer the tofu soup with vegetable broth. I was then told that I would have to purchase a side of vegetables for 3.50 extra so that they could make the vegetable broth. I appreciate them trying to accommodate me but I don’t understand how they offer a meat substitute without a meat substitute broth; it makes no since. I even asked if I could just get it without broth and was told “no”. I’m glad I asked about the broth before ordering, because one would assume that if it’s tofu soup, it comes with vegetable broth. I definitely think they should add a vegetable broth option for people who don’t eat meat.
