Visited today for newborn passport appointment, process was very smooth, you show your appointment at the reception and you will be given a token number(First come First serve basis). you will be called at one of counter as per the token number, Noticed receptionist was helpful and talk nicely, noticed she was helping applicants by providing print outs and by explaining things before submitting application. Felt nice seeing helpful staff, was able to see applicants were given their time if they are missing any document or needed to do any correction.

Have visited last week along with a friend of mine Mr. Prashant K had an appointment for renewal of his OCI Visa for himself and again today for his kids OCI. His experience was lovely, he had an opportunity to meet the Manager who was very helpful, including the Desk Staff & Security. There is ample of Parking spaces behind the Vista Building, parking charges is reasonable 2 for an Hour. Photo Studio, Photocopy, ATM, Coffee Shop is available.

Absolute terrible service. The security lady on the passport application form is extremely rude. I’m not sure if she’s been taught her manners but certainly doesn’t know how to respect old people. The other staff also need training on customer service. I hate to say this being an Indian but this is just not right. I hope the High Commission of India sees this review and takes action. Thank you

Staff is not well educated for the job what they do. I have given my application and she said that some thing wrong in the application and removed the passport photo from it then after few mins she realized that no fault in my application and confused with previous customer application. Not arranging the documents properly. Explaining the way is not good and not communicating with passion. speaking everything in hurry and not listening what we are saying . Definitely they need training. This review is based on one staff (Sar***).
