I had previously reviewed their Wakiki Beach location where I ate in the restaurant. The line was so long I decided to get take away. Still took about 35 minutes but it was worth it. I ordered the blueberry whipped cream pancakes. Delicious. If I lived here I might become obese. It would be hard to resist eating these pancakes at least once a week. The gentleman working the counter was very friendly. The dining room at this location was primarily upstairs. There’s a very little gift shop and small unused dining area downstairs.

Seating space is very tight. Good decent breakfast meal. Offer a limited option for gluten free people. The services is fast even when it's full.

There was a huge line all the time, so we decided to get there early morning. Nothing special honestly. They serve juices from concentrate (they have fresh juices too, but never offered). Crab cakes are made 99% from imitation crab (remember you are on the island in the Pacific Ocean), even in Colorado they make it from real crab and fish. Pancakes were ok, nothing special. On a check out, you cannot do custom tips, only predetermined (15%, 20%, 25%). Overall experience was pretty odd.

Excellent place to eat despite the long wait. It is definitely worth it!! Fantastic customer service as well. You can't go wrong.

My favorite breakfast place whenever we go to Honolulu! The wait for seating is long but it’s worth it!! My favorite is their spam n eggs breakfast plate! And their pancakes are the best with different kinds of syrup to choose from! Highly recommended

Nice size portions however nothing seemed homemade. Pancakes were good and fluffy. The crab cake I would say was frozen on the crab benedict and served on a hamburger bun and the corned beef hash was canned with green onions added to.

Placed online order, filled out all Information including my phone number. I didn't get any text updates, but I did get a phone call...from their fax line. Tried to call their regular number and check the status but couldn't get anyone. Walked there from our hotel to pick up the order. There are no signs indicating "pick up " or "take out". There were two employees behind the counter, one was just standing there and the other was talking to the customer in front of us about random covid travel stuff. Neither seemed very interested in the next person in line. I had ordered TWO breakfasts, and asked to include utensils. They only put one set in the bag, I guess they expect the other person to eat with their fingers. Food amount and quality was average. We're staying for 7 days, and will be trying someplace else tomorrow.
