Bunch of Jokers with no customer service skills. I bought an incompatible product, delivery guy simply dumped it at the back of the building in the rain without informing anyone. We stumbled upon it 2 days after whilst taking out the trash. After trying the attachment on my squat rack i noticed that it wasn't compatible. I called the office and spoke with Nikki who said I could return it and she will send me an email with instructions. Ploy to run down the clock!! Long story short, I didn't receive any email, when i called back again they told me they can't take it back because its been over 30 days even though the initial return conversation happened with their 30 days. They refuse to accept responsibility whilst at the same time blaming their error on lack of staff and running on skeleton crew like it's my fault. Now I'm stuck with a useless 350 metal. Worst company with the worst customer service ever!! Look for other outlets. Happy to review this if this injustice is rectified!

Excellent. I wanted self-powered and these are perfect. Great price and quality. Delivery straight into my garage. Packaging was extensive and arrived on a robust pallet. As a former county cross country champion I use this kit hard and ride the bike at level 12 at 115 rpm. It works perfect. I use the cross-trainer at level 14/15 and also high intensity and it's great. I have used kit in gyms all over the World and this is equal to it all. Do not hesitate and feel safe in ordering from here.

Faulty equipment - Please do not waste money with this company. I spent almost 1,000 on a treadmill in April and was told the machine was good for a few years, not even 8 months in and the machine has completely stopped working. I’ve now been told been told the repair will cost over 200.

I purchased some chains, dumbbells, and some smaller plates I’ve been after a while from this company, to keep me going whilst the gyms are closed. Everything arrived as expected and is great for my home set up. Understandably it wasn’t processed Immediately due to the current pandemic, but soon arrived (next day!!) once I found out it was dispatched. Thanks guys - greatly appreciated!!

With the gyms being shut down, and almost everyone suddenly sold out of exercise equipment, I was thrilled to find a used Life Fitness LifeCycle GX and Jordan Fitness Body Pump weights studio set on FitKitUK's site. While the bike was really quite expensive, it's a gym-quality bike that I am sure I can trust to withstand the sort of spin classes I usually do at my gym. Everything arrived this morning and I'm really happy with my new gear. Thank you FitKit for saving me during this lockdown!
