Elisa, the property manager, is unresponsive and has a terrible attitude. Rude and unprofessional is an understatement. It's as if her background was in apartment property management rather than dealing with busy professionals. She lacks basic understanding of business and customer service principals as was indicated by her response, or lack thereof, when it came to requesting a W-9 from them, as was required by law. Instead of having temperature issues addressed promptly she hasn't even bothered to respond in a timely manner. I have to wrap myself in a blanket in my office and frequently can't feel my fingers. Ridiculous. For these reasons I will not be renewing my lease. The redeeming quality of this business is their receptionists, which are personable, helpful, and pleasant to work with.

We have a nice 2nd floor space at ExecuTech and we love it. Central location, close to the Hillsboro Chamber of Commerce, Orenco, Tenesbourne, the airport and downtown Hillsboro. Traffic is pretty good because you can use Cornell or Baseline or come down Brookwood, easy access to freeway and North Hillsboro too. The front office staff have been very helpful and are courteous to both us and our clients. The new office manager is really nice too. She met with us and asked if we needed anything. They have been very accommodating. And the elevator was a nice touch for moving our furniture and fixtures in. I believe it is 100% wheelchair accessible also, since there are while hallways and an elevator, no stairs, etc. The shared lunch room,board room and conference room are all very nice, with big white boards too. i highly recommend it. We looked at other places locally which were also nice, but they were more expensive for less space and had a lot of extra fees.
