I do not recommend this agency. Very poor customer service. To be honest there is no customer service at all. Agents cares only about landlords' benefits. They only talk a lot but no action if tenant needs any help from them. I am really happy I am not renting with them anymore. AVOID THEM!

Hi me and my wife would like highly recommend all team from Chiltern Hills estate. That was good 5 years let a property from them. Never got any problems with contact or any repairs with one we need on the apartment where we live. Absolutely highly recommend! Cheers guys from Chiltern Hills
This is one of the best Estate Agents in High Wycombe. A very excellent service and helpful staff who are dedicated and organised with everything they do. They handled any issues we faced very carefully and smartly. I definitely recommend Ali and the team to anyone wanting to purchase or rent any type of property. Such crooks, do not use this agency. Especially as a single female you will feel threatened by them. On the plus side, they are also really dumb so you will come out winning, but really not worth the stress
