I'm still scratching my head about the 5 star rating for this place. My experience was so different. To start I was given a delivery date and nobody showed up. I called and was told oh I put your order in the wrong driver's box and I didn't get around to calling you. So I waited all day for nothing. Next I had to chase down the truck in my wheelchair because she wrote down the wrong apartment number. But the clincher is that I rented a dispenser and as soon as the driver left it began leaking all over the floor. They brought another dispenser and it also leaked. These were bottom loaders so I said bring a top loader and it also leaked. I asked for black they brought white. It looked like it had been around the block a few times. So my experience with purerite was ALL bad. Customer service was the worst.
This company has the best customer service and the owners make me feel like I've been a friend for years. I have been with this bottled water company since long before it was Purerite and I don't ever plan on switching.
