ordered a 4x2x2 was told it would take up to 9 weeks. Within 2 weeks had received the tank. Great experience all round

Small top up tank most companies would not post a small tank but i found a 17.5 litr top up tank from ND which fits perfectly to the side of the red sea reefer 200xl with 8 mm spare i am in Aberdeen so postage was a must very happy with the transaction .The tank was delivered in a custom made wooden box thanks

I made my order around mid November and I was clear with them that I needed the tank by the beginning of January; despite Covid and the national holidays they fulfilled their commitment. I can understand why some say that communication is not the best; it is true that also at times it felt patchy to me, but Bob was helpful when I rang him. Now, the quality of the tank is amazing, I am extremely happy and the delivery was easy, the driver helped unloading from the van and with a trolley and the help of a friend all done in like 15’. Just a note; my tank came with a sticker of no use until the 20th of January; so just have in mind you may need to wait a bit before using it. I hope all goes well once is running in a few days. I think if you want a great tank, this is good place for getting it; you need to have patience yes; but I thought taking out a star for that is unfair, and it is always good to support local business doing the tanks in the UK. Will I buy from them again? If I need a new tank definitely.

What Amazing Service. Our 600litre tank cracked on a Sunday morning, which was beyond repair. We found ND Aquatics online and my husband went across there Monday morning to try and find a replacement tank as the original cracked tank was custom to separate two rooms. There was no tank that met our requirements so Bob custom built a new tank for us in under two days as it was an emergency. We would highly recommend ND Aquatics they went above and beyond. Thank you!
