The one star is not because of the taste. Honestly the food as better than average with the biryani hitting the sweet spot in terms of spicy-ness. The samosa chat, however was just sad. The cause for the one star is the bombardment of messages and calls after the fact just to get a review from me. It hasn’t even been a day since my order and I’ve gotten multiple text messages and emails (I don’t really know how many were blocked as spam), and they even just called me a few minutes ago. Guys this neediness is not a good look, if I’m planning to leave a review I will but I definitely did not sign up for this constant bombardment of messages

Missing attention to details Ordered take out food from their website and paid online. Order consisted of Butter chicken and Chicken Biryani. Firstly, their website clearly mentions side of Naan or Rice with Butter Chicken so I requested a naan. At pickup, I was told that they only serve rice with it. Not only Charged me extra for naan, but gave me a frozen Haldiram naan on top of it. (see pic). At the very least management should know what is on their menu and serve fresh never frozen food that we have come to expect from Paradise Biryani establishment. Also, requested no raita with Biryani but still found raita in the bag.
Wish there was 0 star rating, their chicken dum biriyani was horrible - literally uncooked ginger and garlic paste all over the rice and chicken. Moreover the guy at the counter was not wearing mask , it's really unsafe for anyone to get food from this restaurant. Never going back again.
Have been a regular customer to this restaurant and had some time gap in the pandemic to visit. ordering it after a decent amount of time felt like the biryani quality has been F'ed up and I definitely recommend not to expect much with Boneless Chicken Biryani..It felt like I am eating the ginger biryani instead of chicken biryani. Besides this awful taste of ginger in every bite, the quality of the chicken was very bad.Hope everyone could take this advice and do not waste money on the boneless chicken biryani.
Chicken Dum Biryani and Mutton Dum Biryani is really good. Spice level can be altered as per your requirements. Decent amount of seating capacity , a lot of orders are to go orders. Staff is good and welcoming. Biryani Quantity is really good and can be shared among 2 individuals.
