Absolute shambles - Have ordered a desk from Amazon and they say they have attempted twice in 2 days when I know for certain they have not. I get deliveries daily from Hermes so there is no excuse around the address being a new build.

this is insured for loss or damage there looking into it they lost an insured 17 inch motorbike wheel ,they informed me then asked me to describe a wheel they said on label pair and underneath there krettiness req to describe this i paid for customer to sign for i got a pic of unlocked garden shed , then informed me insurance timed out they handed a 300 parcel to a stranger not at add and self signed generic DELIVERED i paid for the customers signature not the drivers , that is obtaining monies by deception a crime they have refused after 16 requests to supply ombudsman's contact details and pop your case back in the tombola i am now taking legal action against them and contacting watchdog anyone with similar issues e mail me simay146@hotmail.co.uk
The driver couldn't find our house, we couldn't contact them apart from that stupid chat service 'Holly' I just wanted to speak with a human, not too much to ask, I waited over 25 mins for them to answer the phone, when I found a number and was able to call and gave up, as it was during lunch break. Parcel was eventually delivered after a week, it could be so good, but it is rubbish.
Parcel collected on 28th December and has vanished without trace. Impossible to speak to anyone. Same recorded message on any number. Avoid like the plague!
My parcel was delivered to god knows where but they said it was delivered to my house and left securely in my porch ,I don't have a porch.I've tried to contact them to get a photo of where they left it but it is impossible to speak to a real person just a digital Holly that just asks your name postcode and tracking No then says it has been delivered can I help with anything else there is no other option to ask any question.It has put me off ordering anything online again in case it is given to this shambolic company.I'm grudging having to give one star
