Great service, great advice, incredibly knowledgeable and always reasonable. So hard to find someone reliable and that you can trust these days so am delighted to have found Lar and the lads. Been going there over ten years now and he has never let me down. Always gives you the best advice, always reasonable and makes the investments in the best equipment so get state of the art service. Great peace of mind to have someone you trust. Can’t recommend highly enough.. and very friendly to boot.
The first time I randomly drove my car to HB Dennis Airside Service to get a punctured tyre fixed while being in the Airport area, not only they repaired my tyre immediately on the spot, I also found the customer service excellent. My car was due to be serviced at that time and I decided to book it in the week after. Once again, the work has been delivered with high quality standards within very reasonable delay and costs. I got a call from the Manager two days later whom wanted to follow up on something specific with the car and I was pleased to let him know that everything was 100%. I will return to HB Dennis Airside Service and also recommend it to the people I know.
I take my cars to the lads for the last 15 years or so. Friendly, efficient and very obliging. Was badly stuck one Saturday and rang to see if they are open and was told once I got the car to them they would stay open and fix my issue as opposed to waiting till Monday. Highly recommend the garage. The lads always do a great job, and nothing is a problem for them. 5 Star rating from me for them.
It took me a long time to find a reputable garage after been getting the run around on shoddy work or overcharged for items, some not needed at all with other garages. Another amed\ garage tried to charge me for two new tires on a service, when the tires were not replaced at all and had the neck to argue with me that they had been replaced. So i had to go looking for a decent garage and i found one, thank god. I've been getting my car serviced here for years. The guys are professional and extremely helpful. There is no job too great or small for them. From servicing to tires , i get all my car work done here. Recommended them to my friends and they are going here now also as everything about the service and professionalism is what you expect. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone wanting a first class service.
I've been going to Larr at HB Dennis Airside for years with my cars. Each time I come away thinking that he has raised the bar in terms of professionalism, expertise and customer service. The team do an amazing job servicing my little Micra, but this time it was so good that I thought it was actually a different car! My car needed a new battery, a new starter, new wiper parts (they were deafening when they were switched on) and lots of other things. It was filthy and had a big concave dent from where I'd knocked into my husband's bumper (D'oh!). The car I got back was immaculate, WAXED (!!!!), running like a new car and with oh-so-quiet wipers. The most AMAZING thing was that the dent was gone. Larr had tried valiantly to make the old battery work, and had contacted me to let me know how much everything was going to cost. This was so appreciated because just after Christmas is not the best time for unexpected bills. In fact every time I get my car serviced, Larr is always conscious of the cost to the customer. I have nothing but respect for Larr and all the gang at HB Dennis Airside and will continue to wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone with a car.

Brilliant service at HB Dennis airside service. Iv been getting service, tires and repairs here for over ten years. Lar is extremely knowledgeable and quick to find the problem, what ever it may be. As someone who drives for a living, getting the car back on the road ASAP is very important. Also a very efficient tyre fitting service.
