I can't even begin to thank Haytors Kennels enough for looking after our cat, Sidney. We moved to Singapore last month, but due to Covid restrictions and quarantine, we were unable to take him with us. It broke our hearts to leave him behind. However, as soon as we dropped Sidney off at Haytors, we knew he was in good hands. Ian and the team kept in contact with us regularly, letting us know how Sidney was getting on and sending us some photos. Initially, Sidney wasn't eating or going to the toilet (he is a sensitive boy, and doesn't like change!) and the team were great at monitoring him closely, getting a vet to check him over and making sure he was ok (they even went to buy his favourite food, treats and toys)! He was so incredibly well looked after by all of the staff. We are so happy that we chose Haytors Kennels to look after our cat when we couldn't! Sidney arrived in Singapore a very happy, healthy and content cat. A massive thank you to everyone at Haytors for looking after our boy so well. He misses you all already!

My dog Pinot is always trying to scratch at the door when it's time for a stay here! The staff are lovely and friendly and I know that she is well looked after by the team! The team will give her a lovely bath before we collect her so she smells nice too! Highly recommended!
Our dog was well looked after and received personal, caring attention. They were very accommodating to us having to shorten our stay (due to travel issues) and our running late to collect. Our dog was happy and we were happy. Very friendly and great. We'll be back!! Thank you.
I would highly recommend Haytor. The staff are incredible and treat all the animals like their own. All the staff truly care for the animals, and love their job! The staff are so friendly and always smiling. My cat has many health problems which require medication. He is on a special diet, and drinks so much water! He has dermatitis which means he needs his ears cleaned and face washed daily. I have always worried that this may get worse in someone else’s care, but, the staff do this really well to make sure he is comfortable during his stay. I always check up on him, and the staff are so honest and always reassure me that he is loving his holiday! I would not take him anywhere else! Highly recommend Haytor Kennels!
