AFC Hayes are a football team in the combined counties league. They rose up from the ranks of local Saturday and Sunday leagues in the 70's and 80s. They have their own ground with a seated capacity of 150. If you like non league football then it's worth giving them a visit when they have one of their home fixtures.

Had a great time here. Saw the Stoke v Palace game in the clubhouse, with a couple of cold beers, plus the the staff were friendly too. The AFC Hayes v Godalming game was a good one, with the hosts winning 4-1. Weather was superb too.
Needs refurbushment. Parking can be an issue. Staff put another booking in before ours without telling us, so we were delayed and rushed preparing the hall for our event. Staff changed and there is no communication between their outgoing incoming tell our prior arrangements did not happen. The outside area needs to be looked at. Lights don't work so if you smoke you're outside in the pitch black except for a small area right outside the entrance. I would recommend decorating the hallway yourself and doing your own food as their prices are too high.
Good fild behind it to walk your dog whilst your kid does football lesions. It also has a pub and is grate for birthday parties
