I have used this shop pre covid and during lockdown. The customer service is excellent. The woman who runs it is extremely helpful and has ordered in items not on their website and I was kept informed when there was a problem sourcing an item. My latest order was placed on the website Monday 12th October, received today.

Fantastic service - browsed the ‘My Yarnery’ website, found exactly what I needed but with the current problems, (lockdown due to Covid19), I placed an order online. Delivery was so speedy. Thank you to everyone involved.
Surprisingly large selection of yarns for a small store well laid out, with a good selection of patterns. The owner is very helpful, nothing is too much trouble.
