Beautiful collection. Very helpful staff and amazing engraving work. More than happy to spend my time and money there. The women who were there, knowledgeable and extremely gracious. I will be back as soon as I can!
Highly recommended. I had been to many chopsticks shop and this one is just outstanding. The variety is great and the customer service is superb. It took me forever to find what I was looking for and the staff was very helpful and patient. They have affordable as well as more expensive products and beautiful chopsticks for kids as well.
Very friendly staff. A very large variety of chopsticks, though they can be quite expensive. You can get 2 or even 300 pairs here! Quality varies from my inspection, but there are some really really nice ones in the 10-40 range. I accidentally broke a ceramic holder (500), and the shop attendant was kind and refused to let me pay for it!
I went with my bestfriend, the service was amazing. The woman at the counter was able to understand my limited and broken Japanese and she was more than accommodating as we came very close to closing and didn't turn us away when we asked for custom chopsticks. It was easily a 6 out of 5 start experience.
