Those women have zero compassion, extremely condescending & this judge office is NOT willing to help people when they need it but maybe had the women been compassionate and understanding I wouldn’t have been rude Unfortunately had to return because when I went the first time the woman didn’t tell me about everything in my file. whoever helped me today was kind and courteous. Much appreciated!

Just called to clear up a ticket that I didn’t know was outstanding. The woman I spoke with was rude, insensitive and cut me off several times for spelling the name of my city. Then she turned around and asked me to spell it for her, claiming I “had an attitude” for spelling it. What??!! Shame on her for having such a bad attitude during these times. I’m still in shock.

Called in to ask a question about the small claims court filing process in a very polite manner. Receptionist was very rude and seemed very annoyed to have to answer the question even though that is her job. Answering phones may not be the ideal fit for her.
