I came here to purchase bathroom suites from Bathstore inside this Homebase branch. I just wanted to thank and highly recommend Janos. He was extremely helpful, polite and patient in attending our needs. Very hard to find customer service like this nowadays!

Not a patch on the way it used to be. The staff still very friendly and helpful. Lack of directional signs, looks completely disorganised.

Very big store with friendly helpful staff. Only fault I have is their solar lights are always faulty so don't buy them from homebase. Go to the pound shop for solar lights (that's where my neighbours went and their lights are bright every night, where as mine don't work at all) :-(
