Met up with them and have found new friends for when I return. They were great, had two fabulous dives and couldn’t have been more pleased. Great people, great dives, super price and a one to one ratio with my dive master. I will return and dive with them again and again!
Happy Dive Center is AWESOME! We went there on a huge family vacation and they were so great! Happy Harry and his team are excellent. If you're looking for a great experience while on vacation or in the DR this place is highly recommended. I'm highly claustrophobic and Happy Harry was right there making sure I could complete the excursion! Definitely check this place out!

Jonathan was the absolute best. It was our first time scuba diving with no certification. Jonathan was incredible and patient. He calmed my nerves and never left my side. If you are torn about trying scuba diving, do it!!!!! It will be the most amazing experience of your life. We saw a sea horse, sting ray, eel and so many colorful fish!!!! Catalina Island is definitely a great excursion! You will not be disappointed . Thank you Jonathan for this life long memory we will have.
It has been a number of months (2/2019) since Harry certified our OW for my wife and myself. My wife was very anxious and Harry was extremely patient. He helped her work through that with the patience of Job. Since then she has become AOW certified, full-face mask certified, Nitrox certified and is working on rescue diver. She wants to eventually get certified as an instructor so that she can work with people like herself. Harry helped make this all possible, working with her 30 minutes on the first dive to give her the confidence to take this adventure on. She is up to almost 40 dives now and had done a night dive, drift diving (Cozumel), shore diving (Bonaire) and a variety of other dives. Because of Harry's great work with my wife, we have been able to see a whole new world. Next stop Cayman Brac and then Bora Bora...
What an awesome day! I went to the DR with my wife, but went scuba diving by myself, so I wanted to find a reputable company as I have only dived in lakes thus far. Jonathan was my guide for the day and he was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I went on 3 dives and had a blast, would definitely recommend Happy dive center.
Our family was extremely pleased with our dive experience with the Happy Dive Centre. Debbie was outstanding getting our dive arrangements in place, pickups were on time in a very comfortable van, small groups for each trip (4 in our case) and their package prices were very competitive. Jonathan our dive Divemaster, was very knowledgeable of all the dive sites, we got to pick our spots, safety was important and each of the dives was tailored to our skill level. He is an excellent instructor. Overall, the Happy Dive Centre made our dive experience very enjoyable I would highly recommend them!
