Reception at vets is spacious and friendly putting you and your pet at ease. Vet was patient, friendly and knowledgeable about snowy making it easy to trust her with snowy... listened to my concerns and gave advice, always friendly and professional so didn't expect anything less and wasn't disappointed, same for the girls at reception.

Expensive. 91 for a blood test. Vet nurses are lovely and friendly. Veterinary Surgeons are hit or miss, depends who you see. Most of the reception staff are nice and helpful but there's one member of reception staff who is rude and abrupt. I started using this vet as it was close to home, but I am returning to my previous vet as I feel more confident in their ability to treat my pets and its a much nicer environment.

A HUGE THANK YOU FROM MRS ROCHESTER'S PET HUMANS! Vets4Pets provided excellent care for Mrs Rochester when she had an injured paw, then again when she needed dental work. From my first contact with you, your love of animals was apparent and your professionalism evident. Recently, while I was on holiday abroad and Mrs Rochester was being cared for by a friend she came home injured. My friend called you and you were fantastic and arranged to see her immediately. You made sure she was comfortable and discussed her care options with me over the phone. Sadly, we had to say goodbye to my gentle furry little chatterbox. It was a great comfort to me to know that she was spending her final moments being cared for by your wonderful staff. I cannot recommend you highly enough. When the time comes to fill this cat shaped hole in my heart I'll see you all again. On a practical note, the surgery is spotlessly clean, staff are lovely, professional, friendly, compassionate, their duty of care is clear, the pricing is transparent, plenty of parking and the text alert system is a brilliant idea.
