In a lot of pain called three times in the last 12 hours no one calls you back and I am a person that previously left very good reviews I can never get a hold of my doctor

I will be reporting them. I called them for 3 days straight and left multiple voicemails. No one answers and no one returns your calls. They finally answered me and told me they are booked and can’t help me but could “maybe” see me. They are useless, they do not care! They get paid regardless of helping you or not, it really shows how bad the VA and the workers are! Do not waste your time here, if I could give them a zero star rating I would!

I don’t understand the bad reviews, I’ve never had issues with this clinic whether over the phone or in for an office visit. The staff has always been friendly, the facility is clean, and the drs/nurses are always helpful.
