Matt’s great at noise modelling I used him for a planning application where the Council were minded to refuse the residential development, based on road traffic noise. Through noise modelling Matt visualised the spread of sound across the land and could design in quiet areas for residential amenity, thus getting my planning approved. Thanks a million.
