AVOID AT ALL COSTS - NOT A MEMBER OF CHECK A TRADE If I could leave 0 stars I would. I had a 'repair' carried out by this company in August. It made the matter worse. Between myself and my husband we have called every week since then and keep being told by Steve Grief that he would have his guys come and fix the problem the following week. Each week comes round and still no work carried out to rectify the problem. Now, this morning, my husband has been hung up on when he announced who he was and subsequent calls are not being picked up. We are only trying to get the work completed to a satisfactory standard ie the gutter doesn't leak. Absolutely disgraceful work and customer service. Absolutely avoid this company at all costs. Going to get in contact with the small claims courts to see if we can get our money reimbursed as we have no had the service that we paid for.
Really pleased with the service offered with this company . Steve was very helpful , the men were punctual and did a good job . I will certainly use them again . Thank you all involved
