Very good office.They have large space at reception area.If you are visiting here for official purpose then you can have a view at their sample gallery also.

hopeless after sales service. battery taken by service center on 23/07/2020 but not return till date despite making nos of calls to helpline no .Their service center M/s Suntronics care pvt ltd & their executive Mr. Jha never answer phone calls, Mr. P. Srivastava has not taken any action in this regard till date. Should I go consumer court for help

Although the product is nice, the services are pathetic, reached out to customer care so many times no responses or they just postpone the query to next day. First of all the delivery guy didnt wanted to bring the batteries to the second floor and told us that the door delivery means to the gate of the building and after paying additional hand the batteries were brought to home. I was promised the installation and delivery same day however I had to wait for that too, after multiple calls the installation guy arrived and again asked money for wires and additional service. After all that we are awaiting for the stand for the inverter since three weeks. In addition to that I had asked the bill on my husband's name before the delivery, when I generated the order, I even mailed them but despite of that they made a mistake and i am trying to reach out to them and no one is answering. Please instruct them properly before placing the order or must I say the Bangalore delivery and services are pathetic.
