not fair for publically......many..many confuses for bill details......our 10 months bills sand me ..92000 about .....flat rate charges ....if that bill sand every month .....our flexible charges ......but 10 months including charges ...than prices hy charg for me .....

We are continuously facing electricity issues. The service provided by dhbvn is the worst. Almost everyday electricity is down for 3-4 hours that to in the hot afternoons. And rainy days are the worst affected. The call centre is ridiculous. They will just raise a complaint, that’s it. Don’t fall for their words like “adhe ghante main a jaegi”, it’s a lie. Plus 1912 is rarely picked up. The app “urja mitra” is also not working correctly. It doesn’t report outages. And it only raises complaints, that’s it. I didn’t wanted to compare but electricity in Delhi is actually really good. During my 5 months visit in the capital, never faced any issues. But, isn’t gurgaon a tier 1 city like delhi? I wish some competent people handle DHBVN and make it better rather than these current fools.
