Cannot begin to explain how lovely it is to belong to fitness at Gurnard. All the staff are so helpful and considerate. Special mentions to Ben, Sarah, Alice and Simon. If I have missed you out it's because I can't remember all your names special thanks to Hannah for her aqua fit class you would not believe how I feel so much better, mentally emotionally and spiritually. It's been a very tough 18 months. Big hugs all round if I could. P.S all the covid precautions are easily understood and are excellent. Love Christine Ash xxx
