CrossFit Guildford was my first CrossFit experience in December of 2018. They were so welcoming despite me being unsure of my ability, and will always help you find the appropriate weight/movement so you can flourish. The coaches make you feel at ease, and are happy to answer any questions you may have. It is a really helpful environment with nice people and a nice atmosphere. I also really like the flexibility of the memberships available. I have also made some great friendships here, so I can assure that they are a bunch of good eggs! I was really scared to sign up for CrossFit at first, but I really feel at home here.

I got into CrossFit almost a year ago and I couldn't be happier with the Guildford Box. The coaches are absolutely amazing and you feel like you belong somewhere. Whether you are athletic or experienced in CrossFit, or just a chubby person who feels inside that they need to just move, like I was, I can wholeheartedly recommend Guildford CrossFit :)

I love this place. Best workout and training I've had in years. The classes are 9 or less, coaching is very personable, my technique has gotten a lot better, and CrossFit is a lot of fun. The CrossFit injury rumors are just a myth. I feel great because I'm doing the lifts and exercises correctly now.
