I have been to this shop over the years of growing always pleased level of stock, staff helpful, today, I wandered around,got the impression things are not so good, I asked for perlite non in stock, shows on Sheffield web page,( we have it at main depot)have you got perlite/coco,non in stock.Went home.
One of the most professional hydro stores in the country, with great displays which seem to be regularly updated with new products. Being a part of a national chain, and a well organised business, you know you can rely on Growell's advice - their staff are very well trained in respect to hydroponics as a discipline, but also, in customer service. This is not a back street operation, it's a nicely presented place which is inviting, warm and comfortable. Very happy to recommend! Keep up the good work guys.
