Very clean and professional. Aside from 1 nurse, everyone was friendly and helpful. Saw Dr Essig and thought he was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and patient. Excellent bedside manner. Only frustration was that we needed a pre authorization for an MRI and the ladies at the checkout insisted that it would take 3-5says. They refused to expedite anything and yet the receptionist at the MRI facility got the authorization code in about 2 minutes. We did receive a call from Dr Essig's office about 45min later with an authorization code anyway.

My experience has been stellar - I have gone to both offices. They are efficient when checking you in and the wait has been less than 5 minutes both times. They have a lot of staff which I'm sure helps make the process smooth and seamless. Dr. L. Lane is a hand specialist and the doctor/staff that I have experience with. Excellent.

VERY VERY dissatisfied with this office. I had an apt with Richard bachner, who actually was very pleasant, as well as his assistant that was with him. The one woman at reception when I was checking in was NASTY with me and talked to me as if I was stupid. The first nurse to take my vitals was miserable and not friendly at all. When I left to check out, the girls at the desk were not friendly at all either. I called back 5 DAYS LATER to find out that they never submitted my referal to get an MRI. They called me back and lied to me saying that they supposedly sent a referral to my insurance company “two days ago”. When I called my insurance company, my insurance company told me that they just submitted my referral today. I will not only NEVER return to this office, but I will be contacting Northwell’s higher ups to complain because I’ve been in a brace limping for two weeks now. NEVER GO HERE, THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.
