My husband and I are almost regulars at this place. I love it here. They have the best margaritas!!!!!!! We love the Salsa and Chips. We love the patio, so pretty at night. We love everything about this place!!! A great date night spot and it isn't over crowded. We have never waited more than like 10 or 15 minutes if even that long for a table.

The ambience, food presentation, and service (Max) were all very nice! But the quality? (Authenticity) of the food (food is like 1 Star tbh) i was so disappointed esp after all the really highly rated reviews. The food was like one step above a taco bueno. Great patio and parking for grapevine locals

My wife and daughter raved about this place and said we had to come here on our last night in the area. I was told that I would love their salsa. It is true that their salsa is good (not great), but the chips were so salty that it burned our tongues. I started out with what should have been a margarita on the rocks with salt. It tasted more like an industrial solvent with a salt mine on the rim. For my meal, I ordered what the menu called Tacos Al Carbon with charro beans and sweet tea..... One of my favorite meals. What I got was something so completely different that is was almost confusing. My sweet tea was more of a brown sugar water, heavy on the sugar. The tortillas were really good, however everything else was not. The fajita beef was chewy (rubbery) and flavorless, the beans tasted like they were made with 3 day old stale beer and the rice was so dry that it could only be described as a commercial strength absorbent. I can say with complete honesty that this is the WORST Mexican food I've ever eaten. It was a huge disappointment after spending all day moving our daughter into her new apartment to waste our meal before returning to Houston on Esperanza's. That is a mistake that won't be duplicated. We'll return to Grapevine quite often to visit our daughter, but Esperanza's will not be on our to do list. I'll avoid that place like the plague.

Great atmosphere with outside dining. It was in the high 70s, so we opted to sit outside. Ivan, our waiter was attentive and the food was superb. Would definitely recommend this restaurant and also go back next time I'm in the area.

My family and I were coming to Grapevine for some Christmas festivities and we needed to eat prior. Esparza's was chosen and we all LOVED it! And the margarita was good too! I am surprised to see the negative feedback. My mother wrote me today and and wished this restaurant was closer to where we live. O, and Laura was AMAZING and took such wonderful care for us. She was the sweetest! ️
