Don’t waste your time very high turn over rate due to poor pay and worse management.they will promise a raise after 60 days you won’t get it if you work hard and get promoted to Forman you will only get a dollar raise. You live in poverty and work 60 hours a week in unsafe conditions on call 24/7,while the lazy inexperienced mangers sit in the ac work maybe 6 hours a day and could care less about you. As a journeyman electrician I’d rather work at McDonald’s for 8 dollar an hour then for pillar
