They have poor customer service and they're extremely slow. You check in on a kiosk but there regular customers are serviced before you. I really wish my company would have stayed with the company we had before. I recieved a text message my ordeer was ready so why am I still waiting 30 minutes after I checked in just to be serviced. Not to mention a guy who came in after me was serviced before me and when I brought it to there attention she lady had and attitude.

The customer service is horrible. I will definitely not be purchasing from this place ever again. I will make the trip to GT. When you disregard my time and than waste more because your employees cannot take the time to look up a simple order, my business is lost.

Way over priced! Staff has been polite but other than that it has been a complete inconvenience. Traveling twice for just a name tag. Not to mention how far the travel is and still NO UNIFORMS for DSO. Thanks to the sherriff for so many inconveniences and dissapointments.

The service quality has gone down hill fast. When it was GST you always had someone to help you I usually only dealt with Kelly and they catered to individuals and not only government contracts. When Reds took over at first it was the same way but now they never have anything in stock, it’s difficult to find someone to help you or check you out, they don’t have prices on their stuff and have a hard time figuring out what to charge if it’s not a government purchase. If Reds isn’t careful they will go out of business also because they can not compete with online sales. I like to shop at their store but it’s becoming a hassle. The best thing they have is the seamstresses from GST are still there and they do great work.

I've been a customer here for at least 15 years. Remember when it was GST-- and the place keeps getting better. The original ladies I've known I swear haven't aged!! Great service every time I go in!!
