I’ve been dealing with Longhorn for years. Mostly for Maintenance and Service of mine and friends bikes. 99% of my experience with this store has been GREAT. A few of the employees are just NOT customer friendly and act is if they’re “Gov’ment” employees, jobs are secure, no matter their attitude towards customers. I’ve taken the survey, multiple times, that they send out after every service trip. I’ve brought up this topic on these surveys. Well, the camels back was broken by a last straw this week. After spending close to 1500 in less than a year, on service and parts, I am moving on down the road. I received a T-shirt as a gift , bought at this store, emboldened with \The Longhorn\ logo and address. So basically, I’m was supposed to wear it to ADVERTISE this Harley Dealership. It was the wrong size. I took it back to EXCHANGE it, but was told “Sorry, we can’t take it back, you’ve gone past the return date.” I JUST received it as a GIFT LAST WEEK. I was told well, “We’ll take it back...but you will have to PAY a 30% RESTOCKING Fee”. REALLY!!! Well, You’ve lost my business over a 40 dollar t-shirt and I promise, with my contacts, that, I won’t be the only customer to move on.

The staff are the best people I've ever met. They will do their very best to get you on a motorcycle. They took mine on a trade in and upgraded me to a bigger bike a 2020 model. They treat you like family. The store is very large. Plenty of eye candy to look at. I had the best time there. Highly I do mean very highly recommend people to go there.

The service team is 100% the best. My car died outside and I asked for a jump. They didn’t even hesitate to help. I had a 5 hour drive ahead of me and they were super helpful! I can only imagine if a customer comes to buy and have service here! Thank y’all!

Great service. Went in there looking at motorcycles. They were not pushy at all. They just gave us information that would help is make an educated decision when we are ready to purchase.
